Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Biotechnology (RGCB) is a premier research institute in India, exclusive devoted to research in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology. It is located at Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum), the capital city of the state of Kerala in India. This centre is an autonomous institute under the Department of Biotechnology of the Govt. of India. Previously, it was an R&D centre under Kerala State Council for Science, Technology and Environment.
RGCB has invited applications from suitable candidates for one position of Project Fellow in a KSCSTE funded metagenomics project entitled “Mechanistic evaluation and in vivo validation of the anticancer principle isolated from chromolaena odorata cervical cancer” in the Laboratory of Dr. Ruby John Anto at Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Biotechnology, Thiruvananthapuram. This position is co-terminus with the end of the project.

Educational Qualification: First class Master’s Degree in Life Sciences.
Salary: Rs. 14,000/- + 10% HRA per month.
Age Limit: 28 years
