National Institute of Malaria Research (NIMR) was established in 1977 as ‘Malaria Research Centre’, which was renamed as ‘National Institute of Malaria Research’ in November 2005. NIMR is one of the institutes of the Indian Council of Medical Research (an autonomous body under Department of Health Research, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India).

ICMR – NIMR has invited applications for the recruitment of Sr. Research Fellow on purely temporary and contractual basis under the project entitled “Assay development for P. vivax infected hepatocytes in micropatterned Co-culture (MTCC) plates”.

Job Title: Sr. Research Fellow

Educational Qualification: Post Graduate in Science (M.Sc) or relevant subjects from a recognized university with NET qualification (Or)/Graduate degree in the professional course with NET/Gate qualification (Or)/Post graduate degree in the professional course, with two years research experience.

Salary: Rs.28000/- p.m + 30% HRA

Age Limit: 30 years

Job Title: Multitasking staff

Educational Qualification: High School or equivalent.

Desirable Experience: Experience in Field Surveys/Mosquito Sampling and collection.

Desirable Qualifications: Knowledge in the computer.

Salary: Rs.28000/- p.m + 30% HRAjournalban

Age Limit: 25 years
